About Dr. George Harouni
Dr. George Harouni has loved dentistry his whole life. His dedication and commitment to the art of dentistry are clear in the work he produces. Creating smiles is his passion!
At the University of California at Los Angeles, Dr. Harouni was a Molecular Genetics and Microbiology major. In 1998, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he was one of the youngest graduates to ever receive his doctorate. He graduated among the top two percent of his class, earning exclusive membership in the OKU Honors Society.
Among his many achievements, Dr. Harouni received numerous prestigious awards for excellent leadership skills and abilities. Most notably, he was awarded the "Rex Ingram Award" for best clinical operative dentistry from 1994 to 1998.
After graduation, Dr. Harouni maintained a private practice in Sacramento, California, for two years. In 2000, he relocated to Henderson, Nevada, where he established his private practice specializing in cosmetic, restorative, and general family dentistry.
Dr. Harouni is Board Certified in both California and Nevada. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association, and the Southern Nevada Dental Society. Since 2001, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Southern Nevada Dental Society.
Committed to staying current with ongoing advances in dentistry, Dr. Harouni continually attends seminars and continuing education programs, focusing primarily on Cosmetic Dentistry. He particularly enjoys participating in the Southern Nevada "Give Kids a Smile" Program, providing no-cost dental care to underprivileged children.

To start off the gal at the front desk was absolutely amazing very helpful. There was a couple things. I didn’t quite understand, she explained everything step-by-step, which I really appreciated. She also took a moment to speak to my husband about his dental needs for the future !

The dentist himself was so awesome. When he came in he shook my hand, smiled. Every time he talk to me he looked me right in the eye explained everything he was doing step-by-step and what was going to happen and if I was happy with what we were going to do on our treatment plan, very gentle when he did the impression for my dentures I was thoroughly pleased. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist and I’m quite pleased my overall experience! I highly recommend them

Awesome experience! Went in for a cleaning and x-rays, the found some cavities and fixed them up right away!! I thought i’d have to make another appointment but luckily I got everything i needed in one appointment!! They didn’t try to upsell anything and the whole staff was extremely friendly!!

They were great! Everyone made me feel very comfortable and communicated transparently with me to make me feel safe and taken care of. I left a note on my appointment that I was scared of the dentist lol.
The only thing I personally didn’t like was that the different rooms were only separated by shelves, so you can hear all the tools being used on other patients. But I think most dentist offices are like that and they just did what they could with the space. But they had great music playing as well so.. balance haha.
I only say this bc the sounds are somewhat triggering to me, (so if you’re triggered or put off by drill sounds or whirring, it’s just a heads up) but even so I was comfortable for the most part and I will go back in 6 months for my cleaning.

The Dental Hygienist was amazing made me feel very relaxed and comfortable she really is good at her job. Very professional. Just disappointed leaving the office still in pain and now waiting to be seen by another doctor that I was referred to. Not to mention the estimate in the Thousands of dollars for work needed which is not the fault of the doctor but when he said some of the work could last 6 months or 6 years makes a person re think the direction I will take.

I highly recommend Dr. Harouni!! He fixed my broken front tooth just hours after the accident happened and I was in and out of office in no time! The staff was super helpful and supportive through the whole process and were so incredible! The tooth looks amazing, you can hardly even tell that I cracked it completely in half and my smile looks almost exactly the way it did before! I couldn’t thank them enough!!

The dental hygienist was very patient and very nice. She was extremely taking an extra step to make sure I was comfortable. The Dentist was busy and was a little rushed probably would’ve had more questions, ?nothing they did to make me nervous . ?I was a little bit uncomfortable for our personal years the receptionist was very friendly as well. ? I have a few more questions, so I’ll probably end up calling back because I wasn’t really sure on that insurance coverage.

Awesome place! I had a lot of issues coming in and the techs were extremely nice and never made me feel bad about myself or my neglect of my teeth. Dr. Harouni was straight to the point, answered all my questions, and didn’t waste time. I also appreciated that they showed me “best case” and “worst case” scenario financing for my teeth before beginning with the procedures, and offered more long-term solutions than I’ve ever been offered at other dental practices. Overall great experience and would 10/10 recommend coming here for your dental work. See you all again in 6 months!
