“My first full dental exam was extremely thorough. They took a full set of mouth X-rays which they take every 5 years. I had never had these done in my previous dentist’s office. Tiffany also took many measurements of my gum line. I have receding gums which require careful treatment. Deep cleaning was recommended in several areas of my mouth which my previous dentist never offered. If you’re looking for a very thorough dental exam, I highly recommend Dr. Heba Shammout and her team!”

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do teeth cleaning after my intake was completed!!!

Texted me that morning to check my insurance.
Drove across town to see her at the address on the internet. Went to office on directory by elevator. She wasn’t at that office. She was clear on the other side of town. Staff was nice and offered me an appt that day with dentists in that office but they did not take my insurance.

I wasted over an hour and a half of my time to get nothing done. I did not get the problem I came in for dressed instead I got a whole list of new things that need to be done. I left there are more confused than anything. ?
