About Dr. Hirant Bicakci
Surgical Prosthodontist
Dr. Hirant Bicakci has been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Dentistry. A strong believer in lifelong learning and advanced training, Dr. Bicakci completed a three-year post-graduate specialty program in Advanced Prosthodontics and Implantology (Surgical and Prosthetic Treatment) at UIC College of Dentistry.
Surgery is a true passion for Dr. Bicakci. He is highly skilled and deeply dedicated to dental implant surgery and complex surgical-prosthetic rehabilitation. His clinical expertise includes dental implant placement, All-on-Four and All-on-Six full-arch implant solutions, hybrid dentures, and full-mouth reconstruction, with a focus on creating functional, long-lasting, and natural-looking results.
Dr. Bicakci is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Prosthodontic Society, and has recently been elected as a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. He regularly participates in continuing education courses and conferences nationwide and internationally in Prosthodontics, Digital Dentistry, and Dental Implantology to remain at the forefront of modern dentistry.
Dr. Bicakci and his wife, Dr. Nihal Bicakci, have been married for 26 years and have lived in Chicago for over 20 years. They have two children, a dog, and a cat.
In his spare time, Dr. Bicakci has embraced endurance sports later in life as a personal challenge and source of growth. What began as a commitment to health and self-discipline has evolved into a passion for pushing physical and mental boundaries. He has participated in the Big Shoulders 5K open-water swim in Chicago for the past five years, completed the Chicago Triathlon, and is currently training for a Half Ironman and the Berlin Marathon. He also enjoys spending meaningful time with his family and traveling throughout the United States and abroad.

Doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. He refused to treat me because I had selected a cosmetic dentist to place my implants. When he offered to do them and I refused. He then told me “I don’t do patch work”. I don’t know when routine cleanings and fillings became “patch work” but okay. Complete waste of time. Choose someone who takes the Hippocratic oath seriously.

Believe it or not I just Dr. Hirant Bicakci two weekend from looking up his reviews maybe choice him. However, I would rate Dr, Bicakci 12 stars this Doctor here is a wisdom tooth specialist for real. He pulled all for my wisdom tooth without any pain barley any pressure he took his time with me to make sure I was total comfortable

Had 2 root canals, 1 filling, and a wisdom tooth pulled, they did the work and my pain was at a minimum. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Dr. Hirant knows his business very well. It's been done and I couldn't be happier.

Always professional and courteous. Everything is explained. They called to reminded about appointments. Had chipped teeth fixed, they look natural, also had four wisdom teeth pulled.

I went in because I have been having bad pressure pain and no other doctors could help me. He seemed very concerned and urged me to do a CT scan right away there and assured me he would send it out to other doctors as well. Besides the work that I do need done on my teeth, he was persistent to help find where this other pain is coming from! Highly recommend!

Even though I eventually moved further away from Pulaski, I still come back to Midway Square Dental because of the professionalism and service I have continued to receive here over the years. I find them to be very organized (they will make reminder calls in case you forgot you had an upcoming appointment) are very thorough
(I was offered a video to watch on my first appointment) and very friendly as well. You probably wouldn't think there was a place like this tucked away on the corner, but you might be pleasantly surprised.

The service from this dental center is amazing. The dental assistants, especially the dentists are very polite and nice when it comes to having one on one consultation. The atmosphere is amazing. The dentist advices you what more can you do to improve your dental hygiene but as well everyone in the dental center are amazing and very cooperative with your service. I recommend everyone to come to this dental center because its worth the try of this great assistance and service you get from everyone working there.
