About Dr. Hyo Sup Shin
Dr. Shin understands that many people come to the dentist with some degree of anxiety about what they might find, what a procedure might involve, or whether it will hurt. He believes good dentistry begins with understanding those concerns and creating an experience where patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
That perspective was shaped early in his life. Dr. Shin grew up watching his father practice dentistry and saw how he treated every person who sat in his chair with the same patience, attention, and commitment. That example continues to shape the way Dr. Shin practices today.
Many of his patients have come in with their own worries and left feeling differently about dental care. For Dr. Shin, that is what meaningful care looks like: not simply treating a problem, but building trust and helping patients feel confident about their oral health.
He treats more than teeth. He stands behind his work and believes that how well a treatment lasts matters just as much as the treatment itself. His goal is to provide thoughtful, lasting care and build relationships with patients that continue for years to come.

False information on ZocDoc and their website about being in-network with my insurance. It was not. And they did not notify me of that (even after I asked multiple times before my appointment) until an hour before my appointment. I was going in for a broken tooth and a cleaning and was told that would all be done. No cleaning was done. I left unhappy and very disappointed in the communication.

The best dentist I've ever seen. The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Hyo Sup Shin was extremely nice and explained everything regarding my teeth. Found my new dentist and would highly recommend to anyone.

Best dentist appointment I ever had. He showed me where I have cavities, and took photos inside my tooth during the treatment so that I can see where he is treating. He also helped me with cleaning and it was very thorough.

Dr. Shin was very thorough and caring. He took his time to explain everything to me, and I felt that I was really being cared for. I would definitely be going back to him for dental work.

I had an emergency with broken tooth. Dr. Shin helped me take them out without any pain. He was very through and worked slowly and let me take breaks, because I felt nervous about taking them out. His assistant was also very caring. Thank you Dr. Shin.

Dr. Shin and his staffs were amazing, and his new office is very clean and nicely decorated. Dr. Peter explained the procedures in detail and check up and fillings went smoothly!
