About Dr. Ian Mauricio Topelson

Dr. Ian M. Topelson, DMD was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States at age 14. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1995. After returning to Colorado, Dr. Topelson obtained his dental license and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program from 1996–1997. He owned a successful private practice in Denver from 1997 to 2015 before joining ADI, where he opened and led a new office. In 2025, he joined Elite Dental Group. Dr. Topelson holds multiple fellowships in implant dentistry and numerous certifications in advanced dental techniques. With over 30 years of experience, he is known for his commitment to patient care and community service. Outside the office, Dr. Topelson enjoys golfing, skiing, attending sporting events (he’s a proud Denver sports fan), and spending time with his two sons, family, and friends in the Denver area.
