I scheduled a first time appointment for 4pm, arrived early before 4pm because I assumed I would need xrays etc. as well as to allow time to fil out forms. I was taken to the back at 4:30 and told they would take pictures and have an exam with the doctor but would not have time for a cleaning because they would be closing soon. Horrible experience and service by staff here, no respect for the patients time. They should not allow first time patients to schedule at 4 if they could not complete an exam and cleaning. Why would I take time out of my busy schedule and for a dental visit that did not include a cleaning?! I have no dental concerns, I was looking to change dentists so the objective of the visit was for a cleaning. I walked out and accomplished nothing but wasted time.
