Meet Dr. James Song, our experienced general dentist at Smilepoint Dentistry in Elgin!
He grew up in Southern California before becoming a Texas resident. Dr. Song earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The New York University College of Dentistry in 2018. Dr. Song believes in never ending pursuit of his dental education and continues to stay updated with the latest dental knowledge and technology. In line with his commitment to providing the best and most comprehensive care to our patients, he had specialized training in cosmetics and endodontics, and is capable of performing high quality root canal therapies. Within the community, Dr. James Song has served in Remote Area Medical to provide free dental care in the Houston area and is looking forward to continuing his service in Austin/Elgin as well. Having grown up in multiple cities, Dr. James Song adapts well with the neighborhood and effortlessly relates to his patients. Dr. James Song has lived in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, Houston and South Korea and continues to travel and explore the world. He enjoys staying physically active by working out or exploring Austin’s hiking and nature scene. Dr. James Song loves trying new foods around Austin and will not hesitate to try a recommendation for the next delicious BBQ joints or recipes. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Song. He was attentive to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. His team was also very sweet and took great care of me. I would recommend Dr. Song to all my friends & family and will definitely be coming back for my follow up.
