Fresh and clean looking office with super friendly staff! I am someone who typically is pretty anxious at the Dentist's office but the staff answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. At the end of my visit, the payment and insurance process was explained very thoroughly, so I knew exactly how to proceed. Am definitely going to return!

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. They sent an email form to fill out before my appointment with my insurance information. I arrived to my appointment a little early and they started my cleaning right away. However, the cleaning experience was not pleasant at all. The suction device was not used enough and my mouth would become filled with saliva. There was not enough rinsing after the polishing, which left gritty bits in my mouth I had to spit out. The hygienist did not floss my teeth either which I usually expect during a cleaning. The exam from the doctor was fine. Overall, the cleaning experience was very sloppy.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the dental appointment I attended on [date] at [clinic name]. Unfortunately, my experience was highly unprofessional, and I left without receiving the cleaning I was scheduled for.
Here are the specific issues I encountered:
1. Lack of Service: The hygienist only examined my mouth without performing the cleaning I had booked. This was disappointing, as I expected to receive the full service.
2. Unhygienic Practices: I witnessed the hygienist using a camera inside my mouth without cleaning it beforehand, raising serious concerns about sanitation and safety.
3. Pain and Discomfort: During the examination, my gums were made to bleed, and I was not given the opportunity to rinse my mouth afterward. This left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
4. Unprofessional Comments: The hygienist made remarks about my oral health in front of an assistant, which was both inappropriate and embarrassing.
Considering the lack of treatment and the concerning practices, I do not believe my insurance should be charged for this appointment. I left without receiving the cleaning or any meaningful service.

Dr. Jamie Chan and the dental hygienist Amy both did a wonderful job. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years, so I was a bit worried. Amy answered all of my questions about equipment, the process, and questions about my teeth, too. She explained the x-rays. Dr. Chan also suggested followup options. Very friendly and very helpful!

Dr Jamie Chan was great and so were the staff at Woburn Dentistry.
They did thorough examination before diagnosis and consultations. Provided a detailed treatment plan with no hidden costs. This is very helpful because there is so much clarity. I would say though the services come with a slightly upper cost. If your dental insurance isn’t great, it could rake up a high out of pocket. But there’s also financing available. I haven’t yet gone ahead with the treatments but will come back to add more review later.

I love Woburn Dentistry- I got 3 cavities filled and two impacted wisdom teeth removed. All the staff and doctors are AMAZING, they talked me through my anxiety and helped me throughout the process by saying encouraging words and trust me it helped immensely!! I cannot recommend this practice enough honestly. 100/10

I was seen Monday because I chipped a tooth. Dr. Chan was so quick to get me back and talked with me about what she recommended. Her assistant was so nice she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I recommend this office to everyone!

I had a dental emergency while staying in Woburn for the winter. I booked very early one morning and was given an appointment for that same day. After an exam and x-rays were taken, I was treated the same day. I was very impressed with her and with everyone in this office. They were all very concerned about patient comfort and satisfaction and explained every step of every procedure. They were also very accommodating with my time constraints and fit my work into their schedule . I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Chan is one of the most detailed and caring dentists I have been to. She shows you your x-rays and walks you through what he's seeing step by step. This office is also very clean and inviting. I will be continuing to go here due to my incredible past 2 experiences.

Where to begin... Absolutely flawless.. This dental office is run by a super awesome and chill back Dentist Dr. Chan, she brings a super stylish, comfortable enriched atmosphere. The staff I must say is extremely helpful, professional and very upbeat.
Dr. Chan is very informative, and explains everything super clear so that I know what's going on. Very different from going to any other dentists I've been in the past. The technology makes it very relaxing, the music is super soothing during procedures.
I definitely recommend this dentist and her practice.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I just moved back to the area and was looking for a new dentist. Dr. Chan is a very kind and gentle dentist and made everything during my first visit easy to understand. It was obvious she was focused on my needs. She went over everything with me in detail. Everyone in this office treated me well and with respect, they're a great team! I highly recommend this office to anyone 1000%!

Dr. Chan is amazing! After trying out a few different places in town I was finally referred to Woburn Dentistry by some good friends. As someone who doesn't like the dentist I finally found a home and will never leave. Her team make you feel so comfortable. They explain everything in detail and are very gentle!

Best dental office in Woburn! I am one that dislikes going to the dentist given my long history of having cavities I matter how much I brush and floss. The entire office is completely professional and supportive.

The most comfortable and informative dental visit I've ever had! The dentist and hygienist sat down with me before the visit to get to know me a bit and gave me a mini tour. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained every process. The dentist was very gentle and informative. They showed me photos of my teeth and explained her thoughts and concerns to make a game plan.

So happy I switched. My prior dentist office slowly went more corporate and the service was not patient centered at all. The dentist and her staff provided great service and explained everything in detail. I really appreciate them treating me with kindness and consideration and I highly recommend them.

I've been seeing the dentist for a few years now. Of all the dentists I've been to, this is my favorite practice by far. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the doctors themselves, everyone is friendly and competent. My mouth is also in the best condition it's been since I was a kid. My wife and I have found our neighborhood dentist for the long term!

So grateful for the care. The team is awesome at communicating as well as great with planning out some unexpected dental procedures. I am not a fan of the dentist, but when coming into this office, I think I finally found a Dr team I can trust with my whole family. First time in years that I didn't feel taken advantage of or unnecessary work suggested. Love their conservative approach.

Wow! This is an amazing office that I would highly recommend. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to their Dentists, all were extremely personable, dedicated, and knowledgeable. I've never been to an office that made me feel like I've been going there for 20 years. As I walk in they greet me by name and let me know I've been checked in. The hygienist greets me and takes me back for a cleaning. She is extremely friendly and as we chit chat she starts getting ready. Then, she talks through what she is doing, rather than just "open up". Dr Chan is phenomenal, she doesn't just walk in to check my teeth, she talks to me like a family member, and even more, talks to my daughter, who isn't a patient but has to wait for me, about school, weather, etc.

We wouldn't have expected such a great experience for a storefront dental office but we are so thankful to have found them. We would recommend Woburn Dentistry to family and friends.

I can't be happier with this dentist office. I arrived early and was called back within minutes of sitting down. The assistant was absolutely amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me as she was working to ensure I understood all the steps in what can be a stressful process. Dr. Chan came in and went over my concerns and X-rays. This is my new family dentist and I would highly recommend coming here as you won't be disappointed.

I had my first visit this week at Woburn Dentistry and I was blown away! You can really tell the entire team truly cares about the patients! The Dr. took the time to answer all of my questions and is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this dentist!! It can be really challenging finding a good practice and with teeth issues often being stressful it is so crucial. Really happy to have finally found a great spot!
