“I absolutely love Dr Jane, but the wait time was an hour and forty mins. The only reason I stick with this office is because I like her and live nearby. This isn't the first long wait so it seems like they tend to overbook. If you have limited time I would not recommend. If you don't care and want a good dentist I do recommend.

I went and had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Oleg Klempner, and let me say that Midtown Dental Care was fantastic!! They are so kind and funny and really go above and beyond to make sure you are given the best care. I cannot say one bad thing about anyone in that office and I am so glad that I found this dentist!

Dr. Jaroonnarm is friendly, professional, and easily communicates all medical info in a down to earth way.
My main complaint though was the amount of time the entire appointment took (an hour to be seen, two hours for x-rays and a cleaning.)

I have a crazy phobia of the dentist and as a result I have not had my teeth looked at for over a year ….until my appointment this morning. I have been feeling tooth pain in my lower jaw for a very long time, so I was both determined and also very afraid to go in this morning. I cried before getting there, I cried as I went to sit down in the chair…and I was gearing up to get really hysterical as technicians came into the room. But my experience was WONDERFUL. The whole team was friendly, patient, and accommodating - from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentists themselves. I say dentists - PLURAL - because I saw them both. There was zero judgment from them about how emotional I was and I actually left feeling better about my mouth and teeth. It feels like a blessing that I was directed to them by chance via ZocDoc, and I am so happy I was!

Dr. Jane is amazing! Super careful and thoughtful and takes her time. However wait time is horrendous (close to two hours after work) and the office doesn’t seem to schedule her correctly based off her working style. Only complaint. Otherwise she is awesome and would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Jane is great. Office is sometimes a bit of a wait and inconvenient location but always feel listened to and appreciate everyone that works there. Dr. Jane knows what she’s doing and is very kind and considerate!

Very nice and professional. I told her I was having tooth pain, and she was very thorough with examining my mouth, and talking about possible causes and treatments, small and big. I had a sore in my mouth that she was very careful about not irritating. Any small discomfort I experienced during my cleaning she immediately asked me about and examined. I highly recommend =)

Everyone at the office was sweet and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and they got to working straight away. Everyone was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend going here for your next appointment.

Be prepared to wait if you go here. I was not seen by the dentist until an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time. And then once she numbed my mouth, she didn't return for at LEAST another 20 minutes to actually do the procedure. It was incredibly frustrating especially because there were so few patients in the office besides me. On top of that, she didn't apologize for making me wait either time!! However, the front desk staff and dental assistants were very nice and tried to help me get seen quicker when I voiced my frustration. Also the office is very new-looking and clean. I'm happy with the service itself but with how long I had to wait I don't know if I will return.

Dr. Jane was amazing, and the best dentist I have had in a while. She was thorough in my consultation and took time to explain and teach things to me. Getting cavities filled is usually an extremely painful process for me, but she made it as smooth as possible. I will be seeing her again, and definitely recommend.

Excellent, kind and knowledgable staff and DMD. I've had some good dentists in the past and Jane not only did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and bonding a broken incisor, she also did it with almost no pain whatsoever.

It was a bit disorganized. I had to re-fill out paperwork I had already submitted through ZocDoc and then there was a bit of a wait. Some X-rays were taken and then I had to wait a while to take more because the equipment wasn't working. The actual cleaning was pretty quick and done by the dentist instead of a dentil hygienist. They didn't finish by putting any fluoride on, which I've had done at past dentists.

Wow! Just wow! Maybe over my lifetime I've had just bad luck with dentists, but Dr. Janes shines above the rest. On to the check-up she was methodied, she told me exactly what she was doing, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jane is great. Very welcoming and knowledgable. It took a while for me to see her. My appointment was requested for 2:30 and was confirmed for 3:00. I wasn't seen by a nurse for X-rays until about 3:20. Got my consultation with Dr. Jane at around 4:00.

I came for the 1st time visit to see the dr and I was very impressed. Dr very professional. She explained to me everything in details. Spend a lot of time with me. Staff is excellent, very pleasant visit, impressive customer service.
