The office staff, hygienist, and nurses were all very friendly but I left feeling a little like the main goal was to sell orthodontics and a little confused on what the treatment recommendations were outside of that. They did explain briefly about a filling and a cavity with the billing specialist at the end but that was never mentioned by the doctor or explained.

I have a tremendous feat of dentist. Doctor Echevarria met with me and went over my X-rays and explained his plan. I explained my fears and he showed me genuine concern. I then met with Kimberly Sheets. She proceeded to explain the need and plan for a deep cleaning. She returned a few minutes later and said she could start my cleaning today if I was ok with it. Just when I thought I was gonna get out of there without having to go through a dramatic experience. Since I was already there I gust wanted to get it over with. Kim numbed my teeth extremely well enough that I didn’t feel anything. She really went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as I could be. Believe me. Fill like I same safe in her chair. I would highly recommend Kimberly Sheets as the Hygienist to see. She’s the only one I’ll ever see. My fears go way back to my childhood where I was raised in a home for children. As we stood in a long line waiting to get to that door all we could hear were the screams of terror.

Everyone is super nice and kind as well as professional. The office is very clean and modern. I went in for a filling and literally felt 5% pain to the usually 80%. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed !
