I was seen promptly and the staff was friendly and plentiful, which I appreciated. That said, the cleaning itself was extremely painful. The dentist’s technique felt chaotic and poorly controlled, which is not comfortable when using a scaler. She also was speaking fast, mumbling and not annunciating her words when speaking to me, so I never knew what she was saying.
While the front office experience was positive, the quality of the cleaning left me feeling uneasy and I truly would not go back or reccomend a friend or family member to visit.

Very quick and good teeth cleaning. I arrived 15 mins late but there was no wait time any way. I was guided through two kinds of x-ray scans.
Don't forget to bring ID or medical card.

The dentist I had was very sweet, and she handled my teeth with care. Always asked me if I was okay between sessions of my cleaning and even offered numbing gel if I needed it. Her compassion and empathy were high. 20/10, would definitely recommend.

Everything about my visit was great! From the front desk to the ending of the visit. All of the staff are nice and Dr. Jeanne is very personable and explained everything in full detail with no judgment. Normally I don’t like the dentist but this office made me change my opinion with only one visit.

Dental treatment done by Jeanne Helbig has left me going to a different dentist. Extremely upset with her results. I felt like my concerns on the fillings were undermined. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and post treatment X-ray results show inexcusable cavity fillings done by her. There was a gap made between the back molars from excess shaving, and food is getting trapped. Very thin and uneven layer of cavity filling causing great sensitivity and pain. I do not recommend this dentist. Jennifer at the front desk is a star.

Lovely experience ! Clean space, friendly staff, efficient appointment. The dentist was amazing as well. I would say I’m a bit anxious about my dental hygiene and she does a great job being informative and letting me know all the little details about my teeth which I appreciated a bunch! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. The office is very clean. I had to wait only for a bit to check-in because 2 patients were being helped when I walked in. Once I checked in, I was seen within 1-2 minutes. My X-rays were taken immediately and I waited for Dr. Jeanne. I waited for a little because she was with a patient, however she did apologize for the wait which I loved. Throughout my cleaning, Dr. Jeanne was informative, she wasn’t rough which I loved and she was most importantly informative about after care, not to mention a good listener. Thank you to you and your team for a great first visit!

I went to the Dentist for the first time in this year due to having bad broken teeth from unpleasant past experiences. I was so nervous but the second I spoke with Dr. Jeanne Helbig and her team they put me at ease. They were empathetic, compassionate, and really spent the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Even the women in the front desk office was gems and were able to tell me upfront what my insurance would cover. Everything was so easy. After an exam and XRAYS I had deep cleaning done which I've never had done before NO PAIN! I go back next week I'm actually excited about it. This place makes me feel confident that I'll take care of my teeth going forward and never miss another appointment. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Helbig and staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
