Dr. Zent is such a good communicator about my dental needs. We’ve been going to him for a very long time and I find he listens well to my questions and the answers are always communicated so that I understand any dental work that must be done. The office staff is friendly, as well as the dental assistant!

I was able to get an appointment to be seen for urgent tooth pain in a day, using the online appointment system. Upon arrival, everything was exceptionally professional. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. Dr. Zent is not only skilled but he really listens. Though I was nervous, his empathic manner did much to help calm my anxiety. Dr. Zent's office is conveniently located in Issaquah, near highway entrance/exits and there is ample, free parking. I've never had a regular dentist, but I do now. Highly recommend!

He told me about a crown that will probably be replaced but not necessary now. I wasn’t scared into replacing or repairing it asap.
Cleanings used to be stressful for me. This was a pain-free cleaning.
It was fun joking with the staff too.
I am looking forward to my next appointment there.

Dr. Zent is great! Knowledgeable, attentive, friendly. The staff is highly professional. All the specialists he works with for special needs like teeth extractions, root canal, implants etc. are great as well.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Zent to a friend.

The staff was well familiar with all the information from my supplied forms.
The X-Rays were obtained from my previous dentist.
Dr. Jeffrey Zent was very friendly and attentive. The hygienist Brit was experienced and thorough. She examined my gums, and cleaned my teeth, explaining all of her recommendations of toothbrush and toothpaste best choices.

Dr. Zent and his team are awesome! Nice folks who are professional and passionate. They even took time to explain things to me so I wasn’t left in the dark as to why certain decisions were made. I truly appreciated that! It made me feel like a human being, and not some disembodied mouth to be worked on.
