Dr. Jennifer Reyes earned her doctorate from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Reyes completed her residency in general dentistry at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She has previously served as a Clinical Instructor of Dental Medicine at Columbia University and has participated in the school's Dental Ethics Program.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT: In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, please be courteous and call the office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of care. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call/email at least 48 hours in advance.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the patient will be given the option of either being seen that day as a walk-in, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. The staff member who took my X-rays was very polite, but the rest of the visit was unprofessional. None of the other staff introduced themselves or explained their roles. The person who performed my cleaning showed little concern for my comfort, and I had to ask her to stop because of the pain. When I asked about my teeth, I was referred to another dentist, who also did not introduce herself. Later, I was given prices for treatments that I believe should be covered by my dental insurance. When I declined the additional procedures, communication was poor, and I had to call someone over just to let them know. I was simply sent away without proper follow-up. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, communication, and basic patient care. I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Did not enjoy this experience. I didn’t see the doctor I booked and they tried to push an expensive treatment on me. The office was unpleasant - there was a woman getting surgery next to me screaming.

I was not seen by Dr. Reyes. The hygienist tried to upsell me on an antibiotic not covered by insurance. I thought it was strange that the hygienist was the one recommending this treatment, not the doctor… she was also fairly rough and worked hastily (total cleaning time was maybe 10 min max) and didn’t feel thorough. I didn’t have to wait long to be taken to the chair, but in between x-rays, my cleaning, and the final look by a doctor, there was quite a bit of waiting.

The office experience was great. The first process with the doctor was exceptional. She listened to and addressed my concerns. However, before any work would have been completed, the bill had to be settled, which is okay. Unfortunately, due to the discrepancy with my copay and deductible (which does not apply with my insurance), I was not able to complete any dental work done.
