Dr. Jessica Moore was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland Medical Center. In 2013, she joined the team at Children’s Dentistry of Charlottesville after relocating from Maryland. Dr. Moore has been an instrumental volunteer with the Mission of Mercy dental projects in both Virginia and Maryland and founded an organization to help run future Mission of Mercy clinics in Maryland. She has also actively volunteered with Give Kids a Smile, National Children’s Dental Health Month, and the Charlottesville Free Clinic. Dr. Moore is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Charlottesville Albemarle Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She and her husband enjoy country life with their two children and golden retriever.
