About Dr. John Nauss

Dr. Nauss was raised in a large family in rural southwestern VA, where he was active in the Boy Scouts, his church, many outdoor activities and sports, and natural bodybuilding. He went on to pursue his passion in dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nauss is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Virginia Dental Association. His passion for practicing Dentistry has evolved significantly over the years, and his greatest interests are in Surgery and Cosmetic Dentistry. However, Dr. Nauss’ number one priority is to connect with every patient individually to make them feel comfortable while helping them to reach their individual goals for their dental treatment. When Dr. Nauss is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jordan and their two children Max and Nora, and preparing for the arrival of their third bundle of joy!
