I am scared of dentists - my blood pressure even goes high. Not so here! Yes, I was a bit nervous but they explained everything to me and used enough numbing agent - I really didn’t feel anything! It was a good appointment and even though it is a bit of a drive, I think I will continue.

Had an appointment, called to confirm and they said we were all set, showed up early and they said my appointment was for a different time. I showed them the booking info on Zoc Doc and they said Zoc Doc must have given them the wrong information, which has never happened to me before when booking on Zoc Doc. They were pretty unhelpful when I tried to reschedule for the following week. Wouldn’t recommend:/

The dentist was very professional and explained everything well. What I was not aware of is that I would have to do all new xrays changing providers. Fortunately, they were in network and the cost was ok.

When I arrived for my 9am appointment, I filled out paperwork and waited. They told me that the system didn't have me in for the day and explained that they have issues with Zoc Doc. I waited 45 minutes, as I only had originally planned 1.5 hours for the visit. They told me to continue to wait and that it would take approximately 2 hours total for my appointment. I cancelled and left. Frustrated that they kept me waiting and uninformed and that they don't have a protocol for ensuring they have all their updated appointments in their calendar.

I booked an appointment for Sunday, February 9th @12pm. I was told the system was down to verify my insurance information. I was asked to reschedule my appointment until the following Tuesday to allow time to verify my insurance information. I called Tuesday to verify my insurance was accepted prior to me going in office. The lady at the front desk told me the previous person I spoke with in so many words “didn’t do her job” I told them I would go with someone else because I was being given the run around. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this place.

I love this Office . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been avoiding the dentist for over two years due to bad experiences with three other offices. Now Serenity Dental the one in spring…is very friendly , Non-judgmental As well as welcoming.Mr.john Has done two tooth extractions on me in less than a month and he is very light handed and good at what he does . I’ve recommended him to friends and I will continue to get work done through ONLY him. I only wish I would’ve found him sooner that we didn’t avoid going to the dentist for so long…

Had my first appt with them today. Had to reschedule once and they worked with me. At my visit today I was pretty impressed with how great the staff was, how quick they were and how great the doctor was today. And it was a Sunday and everyone was so friendly it was the only time I could come and very thankful they were open. We will definitely be back for all future appointments.

I made the appointment through ZocDoc. Unfortunately it was not confirmed with the office. So I would suggest giving the office a call prior if they have not already called you to confirm. I am still pleased with the service being that I technically didn’t have an appointment scheduled and the wait was still under 25 minutes.

I have not seen a dentist in over 20 years due to a past traumatic experience. Dr. Swartout and his staff made me feel so comfortable and like I was their own family that it eased my anxiety. The experience was amazing and Dr. Swartout took the time to really actively listen to my concerns and addressed all of my questions. He and his staff exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning back for routine visits.

I had a crown crack and fall off one of my back molars. I was able to go in and make an appointment the very next day and was seen on time and the staff and Dr. completely resolved the issue.
In my case the crown needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this practice and use them on a regular basis.

I liked the fact that it was affordable for me even without insurance. The staff were very thorough and explained the status of my teeth perfectly. When I arrived I liked the interior look of the lobby and how clean it was too. I especially liked the fact I didn't have to wait long at all. Definitely one of the better experiences at the dentist.
