Colorado licensed dentist with 24 years of medical experience and 3 years in private practice general dentistry, along with 5 years as a public health general dentist and one year as a Dental Director. I was responsible for clinical oversight of four rural dental clinics. I am comfortable in all aspects of dentistry, including but not limited to oral surgery (partially impacted third molars), simple and surgical extractions with alveoloplasty, dentures, direct and indirect restorations, molar endodontics, and guided implant placement. I treat patients of all ages, including those with special needs or extensive past medical history. I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado.

I had a great experience and left feeling like I understood the health of my teeth and gums. They laid out the treatment process in a way I could plan around and provided what would be out of pocket and what is covered by insurance.

Dr. Bender was very professional and understanding. Teeth can be a sensitive topic, especially because I don't feel great about the state of mine. He made it lighthearted while maintaining a clear plan, and I am happy to have found someone that can get me on the right track!

Excellent care. Cheyenne, who handled my appointment, was lovely. Dr. Bender's assistant, Rita, was fantastic and ensured I was comfortable. I've sat in more than one hundred dental chairs, and without a doubt, Dr. Bender was present, knowledgeable, easy to speak to, and knew exactly what I needed. As a patient with PTSD from a dental procedure that turned my life upside down, there was no anxiety, and I felt safe. I would recommend this practice to everyone who requires dental care with compassion.

Dr. Bender and the staff at Branin are exceptional! I have never had such a pleasant dental experience and the office, staff and Dr. are top notch! Dr. Bender is an expert at getting a patient numb with the smallest amount of medicine. I got to watch a cooking show while getting a root canal and fillings replaced!! I was fine a couple hours later and I now know, there is no other dentist for me! Thank you Dr Bender for your professionalism and care as a dentist.

Great Experience, High Tech, Very Friendly and Sound Advice. I had a tricky dual coverage insurance situation with a tight time frame. Lois and the doctors were able to work out a great plan to substantially decrease my out of pocket and get me taken care of. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for great dental care.

I was seen almost immediately, all the staff were very nice and I felt comfortable even though I was anxious after not having been to the dentist in a while! Dr. Bender communicated very well, was efficient but also took his time to make sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
