About Dr. Juan Diaz De Leon

Dr. Juan Diaz de Leon grew up in Orem Utah. After high school he was part of the inaugural men’s soccer program at Dixie State University. He then served a full-time mission for his Church in Independence, MO. He then went on to The University of Utah for rigorous training to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Diaz married his high school sweetheart, Allie, and they have four energetic children and two rambunctious dogs. They enjoy spending time outside and giving back to the community. They are huge sports fans and love supporting all the local teams. Doctor Diaz is committed to education and is a member of several organizations like, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of LDS Dentists and the American Dental Association. Being a part of these organizations help him remain up to date on the most current and advanced procedures including root canals, dental implants, tooth extraction and more so he can provide his patients with the best care possible.

I had my first crown placement and was nervous, but Dr Diaz listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with respect and consideration. The procedure went very well. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Diaz always goes the extra mile for his patients. Everyone at cornerstone is so caring, they take the time to make their patients feel comfortable. It’s obvious their staff is knowledgeable and always take the time to explain any treatment or answer any questions.

I appreciate the professionalism of Dr Diaz and his team. I broke a crown on a back molar on Thursday evening. They were able to get me in on Friday, giving me a temporary. My crown arrived early to them Monday, so they offered I come in to install m crown. VERY QUICK!! I know it normally takes a while for the crown to come in, but I sure appreciated the factI know it normally takes a while for the crown to come in, but I sure appreciated the fact that they could get me in as fast as they did, and the whole process being so quick and easy!

Best dentist experience I've ever been to. I am terrified of the dentist and he was super understanding and had great communication of what was going on. I will definitely keep going to him. Would recommend to all!

The dentist for me like many others gives me super high anxiety. I try to not let it but it is what it is. The assistant and doctor were amazing. They could see clearly i was anxious just sitting there and they were so kind. So sincere and truly made me feel like it was okay and that they'd do their best to make this as smooth and easy as possible. Spoke so calmly and just in a way that made me feel comfortable even in an uncomfortable setting.

I get major anxiety when visiting the dentist and the entire staff made me feel welcome & comfortable. They were thirough, kind, patient and wonderful! I’m so happy I found an affordable dentist who treats patient like me with compassion. Highly recommend!
