“Dr. Seo and his team changed the way I feel about dental visits! I was seen right away, which has not been the case in my past experiences. I made an appointment due to pain, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast I was seen. The office even called to see if I wanted to come in sooner, seeing I was in pain! The staff were professional and super friendly which made me feel very comfortable. The assistant, Sarah, was very kind and quick with x-rays—which are typically a pain! Everyone was very knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pushed into treatment nor felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. Dr. Seo was genuinely very caring and always made sure I understood everything before proceeding with any type of treatment, and super gentle which was a nice change!! Scheduling with Bailey was very easy and they were flexible with my schedule! She also looked into my insurance diligently to make sure I had coverage! 10/10 experience, definitely recommend JW Dental!”

I did not receive care from the doctor I had selected. I thought I was going in for a cleaning but they just took X-Rays and gave a consultation. It did not feel like a professional environment and I will be going to a different dentist.
