“I was a new patient at West Coast Dental. My insurance was not being accepted by my other dentist that I had for a few years. A crown had fallen off and I needed to have it replaced as soon as possible. So I made an appointment with Dr Ramirez to see what she could do. She examined me and told me that I really needed to go back to the dentist who had put in the crown and let him know what was going on since he had done the original work. She was very kind and communicating with me about what needed to be done. I took her advice called my former dentist and explain to the staff what was going on. They told me to come on in and that the dentist would take a look at it and try to reinsert the crown at no cost since I only had the crown in for a year and a half. I will make another appointment with West Coast Dental for all my future needs since they take my current insurance plan. Thank you Dr Ramirez”
