The doctor was not gentle. Only the person who person the clean was gentle and explain to me other options. Honestly, I do not want to see that doctor again

They were unclear about what I was being charged for exactly. I don’t believe they properly charged my insurance. They told me they were applying to a payment plan and instead applied for a credit card. They were not clear about what they were doing, I met with 5 different people. I had to provide my insurance 3 separate times and again at the appointment. Overall not a great experience. I felt very uncomfortable by the time I left. I was there for 3 hours…
