About Dr. Karyn Swade
Growing up in the Chicago Southwest Suburbs, Dr. Karyn Swade knew she wanted to practice dentistry since high school. She received both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loyola University School of Dentistry. After dental school, she completed a one-year General Dentistry Residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago.
Dentistry has certainly changed in the last 25 years, and Dr. Swade believes it’s her responsibility to be a lifelong learner. Integrating dental technology into her practice style has allowed her to offer patients a more positive dental experience. Dr. Swade is known for her gentle touch and for putting her patients at ease during treatment. Her years of experience equip her with the knowledge to address even the most complex dental problems.
Outside of the office, Dr. Swade loves to travel, spend time in the city with her family, attend music concerts, and go hiking.
