Kathrin Praedikow was born in Cologne, Germany, where she went to school and graduated from the University of Cologne with a degree in Dentistry and a PhD in Dentistry. She then moved to New York City, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University, followed by a postgraduate residency in Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Orthopedics at NYU College of Dentistry. During her postgraduate program, Dr. Praedikow was the co-director of the Orthodontic honor program for dental students, teaching them the basics of orthodontics. She also won first prize in the nationwide Invisalign University competition with one of the cases she treated during her residency. Dr. Praedikow is a board-certified Orthodontist, a diplomate of the Orthodontic board, and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
Dr. Praedikow is married and has three children-Carl, Leopold, and Clara-who are her greatest pride. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going for runs or long walks, and skiing in winter.

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Praedikow. She is a great clinician with gentle hands and a perfectionist, she was very thoroughly and made sure everything looked perfect. I love my new smie and can not recommend her enough.

I saw Dr. Praedikow for an invisalign consult. Her chair-side-manners are amazing., she explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions without pushing me into any direction. Highly recommend seeing her!

I was completely impressed by Dr. Praedikow. She made sure to make me feel extremely comfortable throughout my whole visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she is, I always feel like I am in the best hands! I highly reccomend anyone to her!!
