“Dr. Ken is the BEST. VERY thorough and listens. The staff is exceptional as well. I had quite a painful situation going on. He explained the results of the X-ray and recommended an Endodonist Specialist because the problem required very a technical procedure. The meds he gave me helped with settling the inflammation of the root. They made pain started subsiding over night. He checked on my the following evening! That was a first for me. I’ll continue the antibiotics then see the Endondist Specialist. I’ll NEVER, EVER go to a different Dentist. ”

I highly recommend Dr. Ken McMillen. His office was able to get me in on short notice. I had a issue with pain on one tooth , I work on heavy equipment and have major projects currently ongoing at work and was miserable with the pain . Dr. Ken fixed me up and referred me to a Endodontists. Thank you again!!

I had a very great and pleasing experience at this office, I was attended in Spanish and English. Communication was very easy and very clear. I would recommend this doctor to anybody. I would most definitely come back into this office.

I had an unexpected dental emergency that needed care. I came across Northpark Dental on an internet search. I was extremely grateful they were able to see me that same day. The entire staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The Dentist was very thorough explaining everything. He was very gentle and kind. I really appreciated the staff reaching out to me the next day to check on my progress after receiving treatment.

My only complaint is that insurance is complex enough as it is. The provider came up as par and the woman called me for insurance and said said it was participating but the. I went to office and was advised out of network. The woman couldn’t even answer truthfully about balance billing. And thank goodness I’m knowledgeable enough to ask the questions bc I know many are not. I wouldnt recommend for this reason

Kenneth McMillen, DDS was very professional and gentle. He removed an old filling and replaced it with a new one. NO pain! I had asked how long the procedure would take and he finished as stated. His staff was friendly and professional.

Dr. Ken McMillan is a great dentist! He is competent, professional, gentle and kind. We do not live in Texas, but this is the second time I’ve lost a crown while in Texas. He replaced my first crown a few years ago, so when I lost a crown this time in a different tooth, I contacted his office and they got me in the same day. I’m so grateful for Dr. McMillan’s ability to see me today and to provide me with a temporary crown. If we lived here Dr. McMillan would be my regular dentist.
