About Dr. Kevin Packham

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, he started in dentistry as a teenager working in an Oral Surgery Office as a Surgical assistant. He was blessed with the opportunity to serve as a volunteer missionary in Japan as a young adult. Then, after college at BYU and Portland State University, he attended Oregon Health Sciences University, graduating with a dental degree in 1996. He was privileged to own/operate a solo private dental practice for 27 years in the Portland area until last year. Married for 37 years, he and his wife have three children and eight grandchildren, with a ninth on the way. They relocated to Utah in early 2026 to be closer to their family. He enjoys swimming, road cycling, traveling with his wife, and spending all the time they can find with their grandchildren. He is excited to now partner with an amazing team in Provo. He looks forward to developing long term rewarding relationships with the patients that will entrust them with their dental care. Go COUGS!!
