Very clean office, staff got straight to work on my teeth. Doctor Patel did a great job explaining the my dental treatment plan, what the priorities were, and that we could wait to schedule certain appointments to make the most of my insurance benefits.

Waited 2 hrs in the room for a very rushed 3 min visit with the dentist and a so very rushed 5 min teeth cleaning that did not have me feeling clean or satisfied after.

30 minute sitting with no one else in the front waiting room. Then 30 minutes, sitting in a chair in front of a television. In that one hour, they took a few x-rays! My time is just as valuable as theirs, apparently I’m the only one who values it!

Staff was super sweet.
Very clean and updated office
Wait in lobby was not long at all but I did wait for over an hour in the chair (after x rays) before Dr came by.
After she came by, it was a quick process.
I’m hoping it was just an end of year thing, (people trying to use their benefits) because I would like to keep going back.
Will definitely be going back, just with an expectation to be there a while.
