Dr. Chopra, a top graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry and a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, is a restorative cosmetic dentist committed to excellence. With over 500 hours of continuing education, she specializes in Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Bioclear, Digital Dentistry, and Full Mouth Rehabilitation. I came in for a regular cleaning and had a pretty mixed experience.
Pros:
- Dentist did the cleaning herself
- Took time to discuss my concerns
- Dr. Chopra was very thorough and professional
- Quick and efficient once the cleaning started
Cons:
- Office feels old and run down; could use renovation or refresh
- Long wait time (about 1.5 hours), sitting in the chair, waiting for cleaning
- Assistant was not gentle who took my x-rays
- The office had a very “Fashion Nova runway” vibe. The dental assistants were wearing tracksuits/ flare leggings/ zip-ups.
- Staff seemed very young overall, which made the environment feel more like a casual hangout than a medical office

The office is generally very unclean, floors are strewn with plastics and visibly soiled! The rooms do not have doors and the dental assistant was sitting backwards on a stool (like some kind of highschooler) behind me the entire appointment just hanging out on her phone (she was not involved until the very end).
When we started xRays the tech literally communicated nothing about what was about to happen and just told me to sit back. In general, communication during the appointment was terrible.
The hygienist wore gloves but went back and forth between an iPad, her phone, and my mouth repeatedly. I can only imagine the bacteria on the surface of the iPad they use to review the scans. I'm sure they will assert they wipe it down, but I watched intently and they did no such thing.
The building is old with oppressive low ceilings and a musty interior. The chairs are in front of large windows, so the air is sweltering.
The office is filthy and unprofessional! Would not recommend.

Impressive technology, great explanations of my teeth, gave me recommendations for tooth paste and other things (from Amazon so she didn’t get paid to share)

I was contacted on Friday to confirm my appointment. Everyone was friendly, from the reception to the dental assistants to Dr. Chopra. The office had amazing views and amazing staff. I appreciate that her office is open late since I work downtown and usually don’t get off before 5. Super convenient!

I can say, confidently, that I have never been treated with better care than I was at Dr. Chopra's office. I will never, ever go to another dentist.
It was a quick and painless cleaning and I was provided with a clear plan for next steps to finally address my longstanding issues with my teeth.
I left genuinely more confident than I was when I walked in; less afraid of going to the dentist and actually excited to go back!

I loved my old Doctor, (not accepting new insurance) but this is a whole new ball game.
This is gonna sounds nuts, but I 'm kinda looking forward to going back just to see how they handle all the procedures.

I felt like the dentist was forcing certain permanent/serious procedures on me preemptively for a cavity that wasn’t even bothering me. She also didn’t address a few topics that I brought up a few times and wrote on my intake paperwork. Overall, she was nice and communicative but it felt rushed and I didn’t feel like I was being heard.

Really great experience! Wait time was a little long, but that's mostly out of their control if prior appointments are or run late. Staff was incredibly welcoming and Dr. Chopra provided dental insights my last dentist never brought up. I felt as though they were looking to improve my dental health and not just maintain it through bi-yearly cleanings.

I’m in my mid 30s and terrified of dentists but the receptionist was inviting, Dr. Chopra was so sweet with great communication, and the dental assistant Keke was absolutely amazing. I moved here 4 years ago and have been too afraid to find a dentist but this is the one!
