The nurse that took the X-rays was amazing.then a girl came in. Never introduced herself. I thought she was the dentist initially. She the started checking my teeth and then started cleaning them.
I have a phobia for dentist so she got me very worked up. In the past I have had to have my teeth numbed to be cleaned.
Her answer was “oh well “ I also have to take antibiotics before procedures which I didn’t because I thought I was only there to discuss my options
Was not happy with her at all.
The doctor was very sympathetic and we discussed the confusion and came to an option agreeable to both of us.
I have another appointment with him next week but will not see that girl again
Only the nurse(I wish I could remember his name) because he was an asset to that office) and the doctor who i liked

The appointment was fabulous from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk on was positive and friendly. The appointment was thorough and paced well. Doctor Princewill took time to hear what I was telling him, answer my questions and come up with a treatment plan that works for me and my insurance.
