“The practice was clean, and modern. No wait time at all. After I sat down, the hygienist immediately asked about my concerns for the day and did a X-ray scan. After that. My dentist Dr.Song came. She was very friendly and clear in communication about my cavity issue, and was able to explain the procedure and timeframe to fix on the spot. After understanding the procedure and material options, the front desk also immediately printed out the cost breakdown that my insurance will pay vs my out of pocket costs. Overall the experience was impeccable and a breeze! Highly recommend!”

About Dr. Kristin Song
Dr. Kristin Song is a dedicated, detail-oriented dentist who treats her patients with care, respect and compassion. She takes pride in her work, assuring each patient receives her full attention, expertise, and individualized care. Among her patients, she is known for her gentle touch.
Dr. Song is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry 7-year BA/DDS accelerated program. She then completed her general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital with Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Honors.
Always learning, Dr. Song received advanced dental education at the Pankey Institute, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxicourse. She keeps up with the current advances in dentistry by attending continuing education courses, study clubs and national conferences.
When not practicing dentistry, she enjoys tennis, snowboarding, and going for walks with her husband and dog, Coco.

Was expecting right as I walked in, the hygienist Nicole was so friendly and it was honestly the most gentle cleaning. Dr. Song was very educational and put the xrays on the TV to explicitly everything thoroughly. I hate dentists and this is the first I actually enjoyed my appt!

Love this location the most! The front desk staff Jack & Niv were really great! Dr Song & Nelly were amazing and paid attention to detail. Overall I feel that this was the best dental experience I had. Cannot wait to start my ortho treatment soon :)

Nice clean office. The staff was very friendly. The doctor saw me minutes after I checked in. I wasn't sitting around for an hour which is usually typical in other offices I have gone to. Overall it was a great experience

Normally I am not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Song made me feel at ease while doing my root canal. Dr. Song is knowledgeable and empathic towards her patients. She talked me through the procedure and made me feel like I was in great hands.
The front staff is welcoming and respectful. When it comes to payment the manager, Niveen, is able to thoroughly explain the cost and when scheduling follow ups she tries best to find an opening that works with your schedule

Went for a dental cleaning, felt pressured to do things I was not comfortable with. Also they did not floss at all and did not clean my teeth the way dentists have done in the past, just seemed like they would rather sell me on other procedures. Do not recommend.

Dr. Song exceeded my expectations during my visit.
I was initially scheduled for a check-up and cleaning but she discovered that I needed some additional work done -- deep cleaning and fillings due to years of unattended care (woops). But Dr. Song took her time to explain describe each procedure, why they were important and what impact they would have, moving forward. I also great appreciated that she opted to try a filling first, rather than a root canal as the first option. The filling ended up being more than sufficient!
Throughout the process she explained exactly what actions she would do before conducting them, which definitely helps when you get injected with anesthesia 20+ times over multiple visits.
I wouldn't say that I "look forward" to going to the dentist, but definitely will not hesitate to go back to their office! Plus it's so close to Union Square and easy to get to. I highly recommend Dr. Song and her assistants!

Everything I'm looking for in a Dentist. I wish all my US healthcare interactions were like this. Lots of empathy, funny. She does not try to push products and procedures I don't need. Dr. Song tells me her preferred course of action and details the pros and cons of other options. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER MORE!!!!
The offices are nothing special, but they are clean. I have never had to wait for more than 5m, the staff is super friendly, and they always informed me of the costs in advance.

Dr. Song is the dentist to go! I have been there regularly now! Super gentle and patient oriented. Great interaction with her on my implant plan. Feel very comfortable and trusted. Not like others trying to push or hard selling. Clean and modern clinic. Front desk service fast and nice. Strict Safety protocols on temperature check, masks etc. highly recommended.
