About Dr. Lawrence Fischer
Originally from Greenville South Carolina, Dr Fischer made his home in the Low Country in 2009. He’s always had a passion for the medical field and decided to pursue a career in dentistry. He believes dentistry’s unique blend of art and science keeps everyday interesting and spurs his desire to continue learning and expanding his skill sets.
He completed his graduate training from MUSC’s College of Dental Medicine in 2014 and went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Case Western Reserve. His post graduate training largely focused around Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, and Fixed/Removable Prosthetics. At the core of his practice is providing high quality Comprehensive General Dentistry and forming long lasting relationships with his patients. He has been practicing dentistry in Charleston for the last 10 years.

I must say that this was the absolute very best dental experience that I have ever had in my life!
From the beginning of setting my appointment to the end of it was very thorough and detailed.
Not only did they call during the process of having to reschedule, they also texted which was very helpful.
The office is immaculate like something you would see in decor magazines. They have up-to-date reading materials and they also offer many different beverages to accommodate any thirst!
The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed, like I belonged there. As an African American woman, that's an important and determining factor when it comes to any type of medical setting. I just loved the atmosphere and the vibe! It was a breath of fresh air!
Dr. Fischer was very easy to talk to. He did not rush the visit. He explained everything very well and he actually listened to me. I left there with new knowledge and I felt like I understood the next steps completely!

What a lovely dental check-up experience! The office is absolutely beautiful and pristine, and the staff is warm and welcoming. This team takes great pride in providing excellent care for its patients. I had such a great visit that I had my boyfriend call and make his own appointment. Anyone looking for a great Dentist and excellent patient care will be happy they visited Everything Dental!

Everyone was fantastic, great bedside manner of hygienist and dentist, the designated morale personnel Finn was fantastic at his job 11/10. Only complaint was the fender bender on my way home afterwards, worth it for such a fantastic appointment.
