About Dr. Leeza Pradhan

I am an international dentist from Nepal. I earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from People's Dental College and Hospital in 2011. After gaining three years of experience as a general dentist, I moved to the United States. I stayed connected to the dental community by volunteering and working as a dental assistant. I completed my formal dental education here and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2022. I am also a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
After graduation, I moved to North Carolina to be close to family and enjoy the warm weather. I have experience in general dentistry, including restorative treatments, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and more. I am always eager to learn new things, expand my knowledge, and continuously enhance my clinical skills. I look forward to serving the community, backed by years of experience in general dentistry and diverse life experiences.
Providing quality patient care is my top priority. I believe it is essential to understand each patient's needs and provide the best possible treatment. I find great joy in helping people smile. I am fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, and swimming.

I had a great visit the Dental assistant was my favorite part of my appointment. I don’t like going to the dentist so she was sweet and calmed my nerves. The Doctor was great and open to any questions and concerns I had. The dental hygienist was just a tad rough, but it wasn’t a horrible experience. Lol don’t wait two years to see a dentist.

Although the outside doesn’t look appealing, the inside is much more welcoming. Everything and everyone is warm and bright. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do.
When I met with the doctor and Kayla, they communicated to me very effectively about my teeth health and X-rays. I have learned a lot here. I showed concern about my tooth to Dr. Pradhan, she investigated, explained, and gave suggestions on what I could do about it.
Over the years, I have asked several dentists, but no one took the time to fill me in like Dr. Pradhan. I really appreciated that. Until the next appointment; I highly recommend.

You are just a number to these people. I had an absolutely horrendous experience and I will never go back to this office. I was told one price at the beginning and by the end it was 4 times more than that. No sympathy from the front desk, manager, nor the doctor. I would not recommend this place.

I was asked to fill out multiple forms ahead of time, but then they asked me the same questions once I got the appointment, including a ton of sensitive information including my social security number. I waited an hour in the waiting room, only to be told that they wouldn’t clean my teeth and would only be doing an exam for my first visit. I took time off for this appointment and it’s absurd to not deliver a cleaning for an appointment I made for a dental cleaning.

Staff was especially courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr. T listened as I described what happened with my molar, and why I sought a consultation with an oral surgeon. She and her tech, Maria, were easy to converse with and had great chairside manners. I was surprised and disappointed (esp after meeting her as she made me feel so comfortable) that Dr. T couldn't perform the extraction/surgery due to the complexity. I was referred to another specialist.
My only issue with this office was the large units throughout the hallways (temporary air-conditioning?) with large ducts going upwards from them, that made it difficult to navigate (luckily I wasn't needing my walker that day) to the rooms. With the serious heat we've had lately I understand the ac might have been out, but I felt like I was in a construction zone.
I would recommend Dr. T.
