About Dr. Leigh Veilleux
Dr. Veilleux is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
She is a member of the Lone Star Dental Seminars (LSDS), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE). Dr. Veilleux’s passion for dentistry inspires her to read journals and take continuing education courses to stay current on all the new advances in dentistry. She treats patients like family, providing the best care in an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable. She believes strongly in informing and empowering patients so they can make educated decisions regarding their oral health.
Born in New Mexico, where her family farmed corn, wheat, and sorghum, Dr. Veilleux later moved to Salado, TX, where her passion for horses grew. She met her husband, Tom, in San Antonio while he was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base. Tom is currently a software engineer in Austin, TX. They have three children who they adore and who keep them on their toes. Although Dr. Veilleux’s true passion is dentistry, she also enjoys riding her horses, running, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. After living in Elgin, TX, for five years, Dr. Veilleux and her husband now reside just east of Elgin and are members of Knobbs Spring Baptist Church in McDade, TX.

All staff was most helpful. I am not from this town and got lost trying to find the location. I called the office..described my problem..and the secretary stayed with me on the phone and guided me in. Most unusual for this to happen. Super nice people to deal with.
