From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the doctor, the team here is excellent and accommodating. As someone who has a lot of dentist anxiety, I’ve felt very taken care of through deep cleans and fillings. They’re direct and will also help you understand insurance and charges before procedures so you’re not shocked by a bill.

Eaatbalishing a reliable dental home with a professional like Dr. Phillips, who is not only extremely knowledgeable about the field, but also kind and patient is a rarity. Couldn’t recommend this practice and this provider more.

In short this was the worst experience that I have ever had. They literally refused to do the dental cleaning that is covered my insurance but instead they said I need to do "deep cleaning" which is not fully covered by my insurance. I have been getting dental cleanings for almost a decade now by different dentists and somehow this one said I have to go through a cleaning process that is not covered by my insurance. This review is my personal opinion and i recommend staying far far away from this place, this was a terrible experience..

From the moment I called, this practice stood out. Whitney was incredibly friendly and personable — she mentioned a same-day cancellation and got me in right away, which set the tone for the whole visit. Truly a welcoming first impression.
Kelly, my hygienist, was phenomenal. She walked me through every step of the cleaning and took the time to review my X-rays with me as we went, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was her transparency around insurance and billing — she made sure I understood exactly what I was being charged for before anything was done. That level of honesty and communication is genuinely rare, and it meant a lot as a new patient.
Dr. Phillips was kind and attentive, rounding out what was an all-around excellent experience.
If you’re looking for a new dentist, I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. The entire team made me feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for from start to finish.

The hygienist and dentist were exceptional. Their care was thorough and knowledgeable, and the office’s advanced technology provided a clear, 3D understanding of my teeth + gums. They explained everything well and identified issues other providers had missed. I felt safe, informed, and deeply appreciative of being cared for by women of color.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience stood out. Communication felt disjointed, and the process was more daunting than necessary, especially in contrast to the quality of clinical care.
Despite this, the care from the hygienist and dentist was excellent.
