Patient reviews for Dr. Lillian Kelner
It was a pleasure going there the doctor is so nice and so is her receptionist Galina.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kelner for 8 years and she is the absolute best! I never wait more than 10 mins to be seen and she’s always so kind! I’ll never see anyone else!
I saw her associate and he was great. The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I will remain a longtime patient there..i was very satisfied with the care
answered all my questions and were very courteous
I was unhappy with a crown I paid for because it fell off within a week. She did refund me so that was a positive I guess.
The front desk lady is very nice, the office was very clean. The doctor herself is extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this office, also the wait was under 10 minutes which is amazing for a dentist office! Very satisfied with my visit!!!
It was ok....small place....one person as receptionist and assistant...did not like that they spoke in their language in front of me.
The staff was great. My x-rays were taken right away. I had the greatest cleaning, I ever had. Hygienist was very gentle. Doctor explained everything. I found myself a great dentist. Will bring my whole family here.
Waist of time
The staff was great. And our x-rays, cleanings and exams were well done and professional. However, my husband and I had back to back appointments at 11 and 11:30 and when we arrived at 10:45, there were 8 people in the waiting room at least 2 of them said aloud that they also had 11 am appointments. We didn't get called until 11:40 for our 11 am appointment and then I was called at 12 for my 11:30. The front desk person apologized several times for the delay, explaining that the first few patients of the day had been late, slowing down the entire day. (The office is only open from 9-2 on Saturdays.) While I completely understand that this happens, it was a bit frustrating and not the very best first impression of the office! On top of this, we were asked to complete the paperwork I had submitted in advance via the doczoc website while booking my appointment online. I explained this and was told that their computer system was down. I reminded them that I had completed the paperwork about a month ago online and it should be saved accessible via zocdoc. Upon further checking, it was located. Again, just a little frustrating! But once inside for the actual appointments, everything was positive and, as of now, my husband and I do plan to return to the office for ongoing care.
Professional and thorough Explained all my problems and recommend Appropriate action.
Most of the staff is great and helpful.
Loverly doctor super gentle I used to hate the dentist but now Ill go every six months because of him, best dentist hands down !
They honestly care about their patients
She explained everything that she was doing and what I needed to do and made sure I was comfortable
This was my first time seeing Dr. Kelner. She is a very professional dentist. Knows what she is talking about and is very kind to her patients. The office has this welcoming atmosphere. She answers any questions you have and heads you down the right path. Will see her in a few weeks and I am excited to go back to the dentist. =D
Being a coward of the dentist . I feel the staff and doctor were very understanding . Definitely recommend
Looks like they live in the same building or her front desk personnel is doing her laundry in this office... While I was in the chair, dr. Kelner was looking for her tools in all drawers and was assisting another patient in the next room... My appointment was one of the first one and she was 10 minutes late. Will not go there again and would not recommend as this office didn't meet my criteria of standard dentist office.
Professionalism, courteous and very nice staff. Was in and out in no time!
Dr. Kelner and her staff are informative and are all very involved. It shows they care.
Still had to fill out paperwork, could not pull up my files from their computer, but execellent work by staff, cleaning, x-rays and recommendations. Will go back for fillings.
They were quick, clean and gentle with my teeth. I didn't wait that long it was only about 15 minute wait!!! I recommend this dentist.
felt very comfortable with the techs and the doctor. easy to speak to. easy to understand what she was talking about
Very professional, clean office. I was treated great and had no issues.
Gentle & caring. Understood my fears & concerns & put me at ease. Highly recommend!
It was wonderful
The doctor did not introduce herself to me and the entire staff speaks another language, so they are always talking in front of you in another language and it is very uncomfortable.
The staff always takes the time to listen. And they are all great.
The visit went well Dr Keiner explained everything to me and my cleaning was done very gentle. I recommend this dentist
I am a 42 year old African American male and I have had many experiences in the dentist chair. My experiences have all been relatively decent though I will say I'm no fan of the experience in general. That said, my recent visit with Dr. Kelner was the most uninformative, unwelcoming and most painful I've had to date. I switched from my assigned primary dentist to Dr. Kelner because of the ZocDoc reviews that were so favorable for her (and because of the bad reviews for my assingned dentist). Her receptionist/assistant was decent to me though never did I feel especially welcomed, though that didn't bother me all that much. The first thing I noticed upon meeting Dr. Kelner was a look of disappointment. I won't try to establish why this might have been the case but it was completely apparent and discomforting. After telling her about a pain on the upper left side of my mouth she spent one (1) minute investigating my mouth to find nothing wrong. She then had her receptionist/assistant take upwards of 6 x-rays. And then there was the cleaning. I did not come for a cleaning I merely wanted to get a consultation, but a cleaning was offered so I gladly excepted thanking her for making time as she was tending to two other patients simultaneously with me going from room to room. She was most insensitive, carving away at my teeth like a carpenter to wood. As I squirmed in the chair in obvious agony her only conciliatory act was to say "I know, I know" as she continued to aggressively grind away at my mouth. I will never go to her again and I would recommend that unless you really like pain and like to feel unimportant to stay away from this dentist.
Very friendly & professional I hate the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable
I was shown extra care and concern for my children and myself. It felt good to have that one to one so many health professionals have forgotten.
I brought my 4 month old baby boy, and the receptionist was so helpful entertaining him when I was in the chair. Very nice. The cleaning was not so bad either- I remember getting a cleaning from a previous dentist, and I felt like I was being butchered!
She is great. My visit was quick, easy, painless, no bs, to the point. I'm happy to have found a dentist I will go back to.
It was my first time in a dentist's office, so i was pretty nervous They were very clean and answered all of my questions
Nice office. Good and fast service.
The staff was very helpful I had a problem with my insurance and they were very eager to help. On the chair they were very concerned with my well being and making sure I was comfortable. Dr.Kelner is a great Dentist and her bed side manner is great. Going to start bringing my kids to her practice.
Clean professional office and Staff. Highly recommend.
The office was rude and made me feel unwelcomed. Wound up not having anything done and not being assisted in what to do next
i had an emergency situation and the doctor accommdated me without question. Very clean, friendly ,professional office and staff. The doctor was wonderful.
Clean office, exam and cleaning went well. Dr. Kelner explained everything and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Kelner and her staff helped me deal with my fear of dentists. Despite the amont of dental work that needed to be done in just one sitting, I was made comfortable and pain free. I would highly recommend to all, specially patients that are apprehensive about having to sit in a dentist's chair.
Although Dr. Kellner's office had no info re my appointment and my insurance was useless there, she to us for an emergency treatment anyway.
I felt very comfortable in this office I have a huge fear of dentists and this office made that go away great staff and great dentist
Dr. Kelner and her staff are highly recommended. I was given an appointment even before the scheduled time... and was attended immediately.
Dr. Kelner and her staff were very professional and made you feel comfortable during the procedure. The wait time was a little long but it seemed like one of those days that if something could go wrong it did. I highly recommend Dr. Kelner.
She was an extremely nice and compassionate Dr. whom didnt make me feel the least bit bad about the condition of my teeth.
