The location was easy to find and the staff were very kind. However, I left extremely disappointed due to poor communication throughout the process. When scheduling, I clearly stated I wanted my annual cleaning. Upon arrival, I was even asked to sign forms for possible additional cleaning charges, so I believed the cleaning would be done that day. After asking questions, I realized I was not receiving cleaning the same day, only a consultation/exam. What confused me most was being told there wasn’t enough time for a routine cleaning, yet they claimed there was time to do a filling, which usually takes longer. They also said AI identified a cavity, but no one clearly confirmed it after examining me. They need to be better at practicing clear communication. I drove 72 miles and spent over 2.5 hours in traffic for what felt like a 10-minute consultation instead of the cleaning I scheduled.
