About Dr. Macy Mcelwaney

Dr. Macy McElwaney is a general dentist specializing in comprehensive and restorative care. Dentistry is the perfect combination of her interests, and she loves what she does. Dr. McElwaney graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Biology and then went on to complete her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). She has been practicing in the Bay Area since graduation. Dr. McElwaney also is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and West Coast District Dental Association. Dr. McElwaney believes in giving back to the community and offers free dental services to a few young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. She also is a volunteer guardian ad litem (GAL) for children displaced from their original homes. Dr. McElwaney is a Tampa native, where she currently resides with her husband and goldendoodle. In her free time, she spends time with her family and watches all Gator sports!
