About Dr. Manijeh Shayesteh
We are located at 5415 Camden Ave, Suite 35C, San Jose, CA 95124.
Please note that our office is a general dentistry practice, and we do not perform retreatments on root canals. If you have had a root canal done and need additional work, you will need to be seen by an endodontist.
We do not accept Medical and HMO plans in our office.
Dr. Shayesteh is a 1999 graduate from UCSF with a degree in dental hygiene and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2004 from the University of California, San Francisco, one of the best dental schools in the country. She has been a dentist for many years and has completed several postgraduate courses in different fields of dentistry since earning her DDS degree.
Her emphasis on patient comfort, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, enables her to provide her patients with the highest quality of care. Dr. Shayesteh has extensive experience in various areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal procedures. She strongly emphasizes oral health education and the prevention of oral disease.
Her approach to your treatment begins with patiently listening to you. After a complete and thorough examination, she reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you.

Not a very pleasant experience in overall. The cleaning process was extremely painful and unpleasant. The dentist was trying to overcharge and sell unnecessary products as well even though I have my insurance covered. I would not recommend any of my friends or families to come here.

They really took the time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during my cleaning, they even turned on the warm water because my teeth are very sensitive which I have never had a dentist do. The front office people were also very nice.

The appointment at the clinic was great. The doctor started with the consultation formalities which went smoothly , followed by diagnosis. The staff was friendly and helpful, the doctor is great communicator, very briefly explained the results of the X-ray, followed by diagnosis. Overall experience was great. Highly recommended.

I love Avanti Dental!! The front desk staff has exceptional customer service. We haven't been in since before Covid but they remembered our names. They asked about the children by name and asked how my new baby grandson was doing.
My Dad is 88 years young and Dr. Shayesteh is so gentle, understanding and patient with him explaining everything in his treatment plan. I wouldn't take him anywhere else because he trusts her completely with his care.
