About Dr. Maria Athnasios

We welcome all patients to schedule; please note we do not participate with Medicaid or Medicare plans. Dr. Maria was born and raised in the metro Detroit area and attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She has an additional year of training in Advanced Education in the General Dentistry Residency Program. She is proud to be part of the Coptic community. We asked Dr. Maria what she loves about dentistry: “Dentistry allows me to help my patients, while also getting to build connections and trust with them, which I really enjoy. I also get to learn something new everyday while practicing dentistry; the more I practice, the more I love it!”
