The experience was overall unsatisfactory. I informed the office of what I specifically needed and expected in advance but nothing was done except X-rays (the technician's manners were unpleasant, and she was not gentle at all). The doctor barely looked at my teeth and advised me to make an appointment at a later date, wishing me to "have a good afternoon" twice and not welcoming any questions.
