“Cordial and welcoming staff. Front office space was clean and orderly. Dental exam and treatment space were somewhat small. However, they were extremely clean and comfortable. Dr. Solovey, has an amazing bedside manner. He explained every step of my procedure prior to doing anything and kindly checked-in with me throughout the procedure. About Dr. Mark Solovey
Meet Dr. Solovey, a dedicated and compassionate general dentist in our practice. Dr. Solovey grew up right here in San Francisco. After graduating from UCLA in 2015, he worked as a dental assistant for a few years before attending University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Afterward he continued his education by completing a postdoctoral residency “Advanced Education in General Dentistry” through NYU Langone where he provided care to the underserved population.
Through clear communication with his patients and personalized treatment plans he strives to create trusting relationships built on mutual respect and understanding. He is proud to serve his community as a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal oral health and overall well-being. In his spare time, Dr. Solovey enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling. He also is passionate about both playing sports and watching sports.

I came into the office as a first time patient very nervous about my appointment because of a poor experience at a different office during Covid. I hadn’t been for a cleaning since 2020 and was pretty embarrassed about that. I didn’t know what to expect and was preparing for the worst. The appointment could not have gone better. Dr Solovey was kind and thoughtful throughout the appointment and at no point did I feel any judgement about how long it had been since my last cleaning. He talked me through each step and put my concerns at ease, even making me laugh which helped calm my nerves. The staff was great from the dental team to their front office. The front office seems to be very well run and let me know almost immediately after I booked through Zocdoc that the appt I had scheduled wasn’t available. They squeezed me in the next day. The appointment started on time and the office was really clean. I highly recommend Dr. Solovey and am looking forward to my 6 month check in.
