About Dr. Matthew Keeffer

Dr. Keeffer, originally from Ogden, has lived and worked in various places including Italy, England, and several eastern states. He also served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Portugal and Cape Verde. Prior to dental school, he received a degree in dental hygiene and worked as a hygienist for several years. He graduated from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in 2016 and returned to Utah with his wife and child. Dr. Keeffer now resides in West Haven and is excited to serve the Layton community.

As always, I was cheerfully greeted by my name when I entered the office. I had little or not wait time and was seen promptly. My care was excellent and thorough. My next appointment was scheduled before I left the office. I really appreciate the staff and Dr. Keefer and the friendly and excellent care they provide.

Dr Keeffer was amazing! He was so kind and made sure I was totally comfortable before the procedure. I sometimes struggle to get all he way numb during dental work which can be frustrating for me and the dentist. Dr. Keeffer was so patient and made me feel very taken care of. He took the time to make me feel good about everything he was doing. The office staff is also incredibly kind and helpful. My experience at their office was very positive. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

I consider everyone I have encountered as Friends. We have a special relationship. Because I can walk to the office and the staff has watched me coming, since I live in clear view across that hay field. They let others know I was on my way. Then, as soon as I came in I was asked did you drive or did you walk? It is a fun relationship. Interaction between patients and staff is really a great thing. I am VERY happy I started coming there instead my dentist I had for years.
