“Overall the appointment felt rushed. I was waiting in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes before I was called to the back. The lady, Julie, that was prepping me was also on a personal call (on her cell) and she was rushed trying to get me into the chair and making sure I didn't have any questions. The Dentist and his medical assistant were nice. The medical assistant kept gagging me with the sucker thing and I have never had an issue like that before. Then towards the last 30 minutes, I had to have the block taken out of my mouth because it was also gagging me. The Dentist allowed me to go through the final part of the procedure with out it. Which I appreciated. About 10 minutes before we finished, someone kept coming in asking if the Dentist was almost done because another patient was waiting. The temp crown was put on, but it doesn't fit right after multiple adjustments, my bite doesn't close. I will have to go and get it fixed before my permanent is installed. ”

Great Experience with Doctor O’Neil.
