“ Sometimes it can be challenging as a patient when your dentist office changes ownerships. Although one dentist has left another excellent dentist, Mayra Madalena, DDS, has taken over ! I was nervous and apprehensive and she erased all my doubts within minutes, She is professional and kind and my cavity repair was without any discomfort and feels great!!
My family and I will continue going to this office and we are excited and hopeful that Dr Madalena will have a successful office as she continues to provide excellent dental care!

Hygienist Tina is fantastic! She is thorough, quick, professional and handled the bad attitude I had with grace! I was upset because I have been a patient at Johansen Dental for 40 years; yet I had to complete new patient forms, yet again! The practice has all my information and records for the past 40 years...if the reason is due to a new dental Dr., that is not my fault! The practice text and emailed reminders for my 6 month appointment as per usual...why in the world do I have to complete new paperwork as if I have never been there before???

I'm wondering why it called Johansen dental with Dr Johansen not in the picture. Seems odd.
I had my teeth polished before the cleaning, that has never happened before that I can ever remember at any dentist. Ever since the new company took over its not the same. They tried to give me X-rays today when I had X- rays taken in January. I told them I had them in January. Up charging, I don't know. No issues with teeth.
I have been going here for approximately 8 years and will be looking for a new dentist.

I really like how friendly and professional the office atmosphere and the dentist and dental staff have been with me. I’ve had a lot of dental work and this has to be the best one I have used for services
