About Dr. Michael Abrams

Absolutely terrible, i made a the appointment the day prior and when i showed up the next day, the office was closed, no one was in the office. Why are appointments available on Saturdays when they are not open. Mind you the sign with the hours on the their door said that they were open on Saturdays. No one ever called to tell me that they would not be open or to even reschedule.

I recently selected the office of Manhasset dental, upon my initial visit was with Dr. Abrams I explained the issues with my gums, he explained in detail assessment of what was needed going forward !

Dr. Abrams was welcoming, but found he kept talking about the pricing for my procedures. However, the receptionist failed to tell me when I spoke to her prior to my appointment I would be responsible for a office. I felt she should of inform me of this prior to me coming to the office. Im not sure if I would be using this office again.

I saw Dr. Abrams for a orthodontic consultation. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I believe he is only one or two years out of residency but he has gone to excellent programs to study dentistry. I cannot say anything about his actual orthodontic work but he has a great bedside manner. There was another patient getting periodontal work from him, and she raved about his care after the appointment.
