“12/10 Experience.
Prior Info: I had gone to the same dentist building for my whole life, seeing 3 different doctors in that time. I moved to Charlotte in 2024. I waited a year and a half before even looking for a new dentist in Charlotte.
As soon as I showed up, they verified who I was, as a new patient they immediately took me back for X-rays and then immediately went into cleaning.
My Hygienist (Jaime) was very personable and clearly enjoyed the work she does. I am Super Satisfied with how my teeth feel now!
During the cleaning Jaime also informed me of my teeth being leaning inward which means my teeth do not sit correctly, which directly affects my smile. First time I've ever heard of that but she was 100% correct. Dr Agarwal confirmed that as well as seeing a filling that needed to be redone.
I couldn't have been more lucky to find this office on my first try!
Highly Recommend to anybody that needs Dental work done! ”
