About Dr. Moiz Horani
Dr. Moiz Horani is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Horani has demonstrated strong leadership skills, serving as President of his dental school class and as a member of the Tulsa County Dental Society Executive Board. He enjoys staying active, woodworking, and attending college football games.
For several years, Dr. Horani provided excellent dental care to patients in Oklahoma. He has a special passion for helping those who are afraid of the dentist due to previous bad experiences-what he affectionately calls “Dental Chickens.” Using a gentle, professional touch and a few corny jokes, he has helped many patients overcome their fears. Now a Texan by choice with a young family, Dr. Horani is excited to serve and support his fellow Texans with compassionate dental care.

I feel that this is one of the greatest dentists that I have ever been to and we have not done anything other than our first visit.
The staff is very kind the nurses know their business and the dentist himself is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes time to explain everything even if he has to break it down into layman terms

I was told that I would have to pay a certain amount out of pocket for fill in but then the receptionist told me he can get the price down. How is that so? Does my insurance cover 80% or not. Money hungry dentist. Can’t be trusted. Don’t go here.

Dr. Horani explained all procedures and potential issues of my wisdom teeth very clearly and easy way. I felt very comfortable during all procedures and every staff in the clinic was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Dr. Horani a d his staff.

After trying various dentists I visited Elegant dental because it came highly recommended by a friend. From the front desk staff, Barbara, to his hygenist, Maria, and his assistant Sharon, all were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr Horani was awesome. His bedside demeaner and jokes made me so calm. What I liked about him was he was honest and only did the work that was actually necessary. He was not there to sell or convince me to do anything more than what I needed done. I had my cleaning and wisdom tooth removed without any issues. I trust dr Horani and will be his loyal patient.

The staff at Elegant dental and Dr Horani were AMAZING! They were super nice. I barely waited when I got there. The hygienist was super nice, great chair side manner, and super smart.
Dr Horani knows what he’s doing and makes you feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone especially if you need specialty procedures done. They’re definitely on the higher quality side

Great office located in Sugarland TX. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone that is looking for an amazing dentist.

Came here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Other dentistries I had gone to had suggested putting me under general anesthesia, but Dr. Horani clarified that it was not needed and thoroughly explained why! He showed me my own X-rays and gave me an educated rundown of the procedure to make sure that there were no anxieties or fears.
During the procedure, he used great techniques as well as tools to safely numb the area that he would be operating on. I didn't even realize that my wisdom teeth had been removed at the time because I couldn't feel a thing! Would highly recommend Elegant Dental to anyone who is considering having this procedure done.
