About Dr. Morvarid (Mori) Rouhani
Dr. Mori Rouhani understands the importance of having a healthy, confident smile, and has been helping patients achieve just that for over 20 years. In 1991, she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California. While working as a Dental Hygienist, her passion for providing superior, pain-free dental care grew. In 1996, she earned her doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California, where she graduated top of her class. For the next 15 years she hired and trained dentists for one of California’s largest dental corporations, SmileCare. For the past 10 years running, her superior care has earned her the Circle of Excellence award, an honor bestowed annually to the top 5 doctors from a professional pool of more than 200 dentists.
In 2010, Dr. Rouhani became Co-Owner of Golden Triangle Dental in Santa Clarita, California, where she manages a staff of 18 dentists. Additionally, in 2012 she also became Co-Owner of multi-specialty practice, Dental Plus Dental Group in Pasadena, California.
It is Dr. Rouhani’s personal and professional philosophy that quality dentistry should be provided to each and every patient in a clean, safe, and stress-free environment. Remaining up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and procedures, she prides herself on her abilities to ease patients’ nerves by delivering completely pain-free dental care, while granting them the smile they’ve always wanted.

Horrible - I arrive at 8:30am wi try y an appt time of 8:40am, want taken bed until nearly 9:30am. They took X-rays then told me they’d find a hygienist and I sat there for another 20 minutes before I had to hunt someone down to ask to be seen. A dentist came in, quickly looked at X-rays and told me I needed 2 crowns (however at my last cleaning with X-rays 6 months ago I was told there were no issues so that seems fishy to me…) I told them I had to leave by 10am for a meeting and it took another 10 minutes for someone to come in just to take my gum measurements not even clean my teeth because they said I needed a deep cleaning (again, never have been told this before…) by the time they weee done measuring they don’t me they’d find someone to actually clean my teeth (WHAT I CAME IN FOR) and at that point I had to go. There was also really u porofessional fhatter amongst staff behind me - talking not only about patients but also fellow co-workers. AWFUL!!!!!

I had been to 4 other doctors before I came here. The Dr. explained the problem to me in a way I could understand and helped me to decide on what is best for me. Though the pricing seems to be a lil bit more on the higher end, I will definitely go back

Hygienist was overall the best, extremely thorough definitely the highlight of the visit. The dentist I saw was someone else not the female dentist I booked appointment with. He was although professional was also very informative. Told me a lot of bad news I was avoiding to hear.
I booked an appointment to fix a minor front tooth chip but I had to get a follow up. Had to pay more than expected also since insurance only covered basic routine checkup. I will have a better more precise review after I get the work done in my returning visit.

The dentist examined me and told me what I needed to get done without any in-depth explanation. I didn't get a chance to ask questions because I didn't know the check-up was over. I was unaware that the procedure had to be scheduled some other time.. before I knew it, I was brought to the front to get my dental work scheduled. My visit felt like a sales pitch more than a personal interaction with the dentist.

I Wouldn't Recommend This Doctor's office Even if my life depended on it, OH WAIT IT DID! AND TO THAT THIS DR'S OFFICE IS GARBAGE AT HANDLING THEIR JOBS ALL OF THEM NO ONE TAKES OR MAKES EFFORT IN KNOWING WHAT MEDICAL CONDITIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE AND MAY NEED CLEARANCE FOR! THIS IS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING DR'S OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TOO, AFTER 3 APPOINTMENTS AND MORE PAIN INFLICTED IN MY MOUTH. I THE PATIENT WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THE DENTISTS BEFORE LETTING HIM DO AN OPERATION IN MY MOUTH. AND THEN HE REFUSED BECAUSE HE NEEDED MEDICAL CLEARANCE WELL WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE? AND IT'S THERE JOB TO GET THE CORRECT PAPER WORK. NOT HAVE THE PATIENT TAKE A DAY OFF TO GET MEDICALLY TREATED. JUST TO BE TOLD OH I CAN'T BECAUSE YOUR NOT MEDICALLY CLEARED.

This was my first visit to Dr. Mori's office, from the moment I walked in I was helped out right away. All of the staff are so nice and welcoming. Dr. Mori is very sweet and helpful! I don't like going to the dentist usually but I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Rouhani and her staff were very thorough and comforting. It has been awhile since I've been to a dentist and my nerves were on high alert. They took the extra care to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I would recommend her to every one. She is very knowledgable and gives you plenty of options for treatment. Looking forward to my continued care with her practice.

This was the second dentist I have visited in the last year. I came to the office because of the good ratings I had seen. Unfortunately my experience was not the same. Upon arriving the ladies at the front desk seemed very cold. Business as usual. Once I was called back I was seated for my X-rays. Through the entire X-Ray session I could here a conversation across the hall between Dr. Rouhani and her patient quick escalating. She was telling him the treated he needed and he was saying thank you I understand but I can't afford it at the moment. She pushed harder, and he got angrier. This continued for 30 minutes straight. After my X-ray's Dr Rouhani crossed the hall into my room. To my surprise she now seemed very friendly. She discussed my treatment requirements and she sent me to the billing counselor Francis. Francis just looked annoyed from the get go. My estimate for dental work was not correct based on my insurance copayments, and there were unneeded upgrades to things I didn't want or need.
The surcharges (upgrades) on my bill were more than the actual service charges. Over a two week time frame I tried calling Francis every other day and was told every time she said she was with a customer and would return my call directly after. Never a phone call. I finally decided to cancel my appointment and Francis immediately answered wanted to know why. I told her it was because of her and she hung up on me. I called back the next day to request copies of my X-rays and was told it would be $31 and 7-10 business days. When I spoke to my insurance they said I was not to be charged as there was a contract with the dentist office that they cannot charge for copies of X-rays. I found a new dentist the next day and I am absolutely in love! I will never return to Rouhanis office. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Fabulous customer service from the moment I stepped in the door right up to my exit! The staff is absolutely professional, warm and kind. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever encountered.
