About Dr. Muzmml Raufy
Dr. Raufy grew up right here in San Diego, where he had many adventures, made great friends, and attended Mt. Carmel High School.
Upon starting college at UCSD, he initially thought he wanted to pursue engineering, but after struggling with physics, he knew it wasn't the right path. Luckily, a family friend who was a dentist introduced him to the world of dentistry, and it was love at first sight. From that point on, he was determined to become a dentist.
Dr. Raufy obtained his DDS degree from NYU. After graduation, he began his career as an associate at various dental offices throughout San Diego, gaining valuable experience, but always knowing that one day, he would open his own practice.
Dr. Raufy has developed a profound passion for cosmetic dentistry, driven by his unwavering commitment to enhancing patients' smiles and boosting their self-confidence. To further hone his skills, he is actively pursuing education at the prestigious Kois Center and has become a valued member of the esteemed American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. With a relentless dedication to his craft, Dr. Raufy aspires to attain accreditation from the AACD, striving to provide exceptional aesthetic dental care and achieve excellence in his field.
Dr. Raufy spends his time off with his wife, Muna, and their two adorable children, Yaseen and Ealaf. He is a huge Padres fan and you may catch him at Petco Park from time to time.

My visit was great! The hygienist was super welcoming & kind. She was very gentle, made me feel comfortable, and professional throughout the entire appointment. This place is Awesome! 10/10!

I didnt wear my retainer and my lower teeth shifted. I went to Dr. Raufy because I was considering Invisalign but I had my doubts. After my visit I had no doubts about doing Invisalign. My treatment was straight forward and Dr Raufy gave me the exact smile I was hoping for. He always made sure I was pleased esthetically and functionally.

My Invisalign consult with Dr Raufy was amazing I've had crowding my whole life that has made me insecure when smiling. Seeing the scans of what my potential smile can look like made me want to move forward with treatment. Dr Raufy made sure to explain detail by detail the whole process and is always attentive if I have any questions.
