Raised in Santa Barbara, California, she developed an early interest in science and service, which led her to pursue a career in dentistry. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with High Honors and Distinction in the Major with a B.S. in Cell and Developmental Biology. It was during her time at UCSB, through volunteer work, that Dr. Braganza discovered her passion for dentistry. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry. Her dedication to learning and commitment to excellence led her to pursue an additional year of advanced training through a General Practice Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center gaining extensive experience in prosthodontics and cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Braganza is passionate about staying at the forefront of dental advancements. She enjoys reading the latest professional literature and enthusiastically attends study clubs and conferences on general and cosmetic dentistry. She stays actively involved in the dental community through her membership in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society. The opportunity to combine precision, artistry, and meaningful patient relationships is what Dr. Braganza values most about her profession. She strives to ensure each patient feels comfortable, understood, and confident in their care. Outside the office, Dr. Braganza enjoys swimming, skiing, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending quality time with friends and family.
