About Dr. Nelson Wong
Dr. Wong completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry — one of the top dental schools in the country.
After graduating, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UCSF, where he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of complex cases. He then founded Stoneridge Dental with a simple mission: to build a practice where patients feel genuinely cared for, not just processed.
Dr. Wong is known for his calm, gentle chairside manner and his commitment to explaining every step of treatment clearly. He believes that informed patients make better decisions — and that trust is the foundation of great dental care.
Having been raised in Hong Kong, Dr. Wong also speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
